Boundary Marking

Knowing where the lines and corners are located is essential when selling your timber or just reviving a rural property. Mountain Works’ professional geographers can locate and mark your property lines or the edges of a timber sale to prevent disputes and costly mistakes in active forest management. Many clients request this service following an initial Woods Walk™. Often, just knowing exactly to where your ownership extends is a greatly helpful first step in planning your stewardship. Marking can be done with your choice of flagging and or paint and is based on a current legal survey provided by the client.

• Rates: $20 per hour per technician, plus the cost of materials.
